How To Make Sure What You Think About Your Body Doesn’t Block You From Real Love

Hi, I want to introduce you to one of my amazing coaches, Mariah Grey:

Mariah’s going to be opening Siren School LIVE with it’s first 4-Week Live Coaching Program: Plus Love on Monday, September 25th, at 10am PST.

(The second class in that and every week will be on Wednesdays at 5:30pm PST – so you can get coached by Mariah no matter  where you are in the world of timezones!)

Plus Love is meant to help you – yes – find your self-worth and shower yourself with self-love in a world out there that can be very cold – AND to get you the RESULTS in love, romance and relationship you want: A sensational love partnership with a man who “gets” you and WANTS to GIVE you that love and relationship.

You don’t have to be a plus-size woman to get Mariah’s extraordinary live coaching – because she’s an extraordinary coach!

Here’s Mariah’s message for you:

“Do you ever feel…

…trapped in a body you hate…?

…like your gender specific characteristics don’t match who you are inside…?

…an upsetting dislike for your freckles, scars, stretch marks, the shade of your skin or how much body hair you have …?

…you just can’t have the life you want with a physical disability, a prosthetic, or a chronic illness…

…uncomfortable with your body aging, with it’s shape and size, and find yourself calling yourself too fat or too skinny…?

The list goes on and on, and the thing is, nearly EVERY woman (and man!) will find themselves on this list somewhere.

Even the people we’ve deemed “most desirable” on TV and in magazines feel this sense of disappointment in their bodies, and it’s no wonder why.

We are always changing the status quo.

In the 90’s, when I was a teenager, super thin, curve-less bodies were in vogue.

Women starved themselves and had fat sucked out of their butts and thighs to be as thin as possible. Sharp hip bones and visible sternums could be seen all over television.

I grew up hating my big boobs and round butt. (In those days being told you had a big bootie was NOT a compliment.

Anorexia was on the rise and the obscene standard that Hollywood set in our minds was to get thinner, no matter what.

Now, the extreme curves have become all the rage.

A chance for my thick thighs and big butt to be a positive attribute instead of a source of ridicule.

But wait, while you should have a big butt and large breasts, they should come with an incredibly tiny waist.

Crap. I’m out again… and the cycle continues. It’s enough to drive you crazy.

And, it’s enough to derail your self confidence. How do you stay confident when the “beauty standard” is constantly changing?

What If you really could feel confident and open to any man in the world?

And, what if you could embrace your own unique beauty and draw in lots of men who want to love you?

This is exactly what I want for you, and I know how to get you there!

Since confidence is so important in love, we have to find a way to live in these bodies as beautiful confident women.

One way you can do this is by really noticing your body.

Try This:

*Notice what feels good to you and what doesn’t.

*Notice what comes easily and what is a struggle.

*Try noticing the changes your body goes through, and try not to judge them as good or bad, and instead, just see them as new.

*Pay close attention to the signs your body gives you and try to treat it well.

By really being IN your body, you can begin to appreciate it more, and when you’re in your body, you aren’t up in your head over thinking and over functioning.

Try sinking down into your body and see how it feels to you.

With Love, Mariah”
